Clock 4
The clock differs from the earlier designs in that it has a verge and foliot escapement, which is not as accurate as a pendulum, but it is visually more interesting.
A unique design for the verge is what will charactorise the clock, the open centre section of the verge allows the Crown wheel spindle to pass through and be properly supported by the front frame.
The design is also more compact, so that it can be used in a smaller room, and more importantly for some is the fact that it can be more easily cut on low powered lasers.
